Which items may be returned? You may return most unopened items within three weeks (21 days) of the original delivery. We will not accept returns of items that have been damaged. All inserts, manuals, and original packaging must be returned with the item. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale. What if an item is defective, or is not what I ordered?
